12V Soft Wash Systems

Our 12V systems utilize:

• 1/2" Asahi metering valves
• 1/2" manifold block
• 3/4" outlet plumbing

After extensive testing, we've found the 1/2" Asahi valves provide excellent flow with very little restriction, making them the ideal choice for 5.5 GPM pumps while maintaining outstanding control over your mix ratios.

7 GPM Transfer Pump Systems

For 7 GPM applications, we recommend:

• Larger inlet and outlet plumbing
• 1/2" Asahi metering valves

Although the plumbing is increased in size, we've found the 1/2" Asahi valves consistently outperform larger valve options. The 3/4" Asahi valves tend to be oversized for this application and can actually reduce metering performance.

Gas Soft Wash Systems

Our gas soft wash systems are built with performance and longevity in mind.

These systems feature:

• 1" Asahi metering valves
• 1" manifold blocks
• 1" plumbing throughout

Maintaining full 1" plumbing minimizes restriction, maximizes flow, and helps deliver the best possible reliability and performance from your gas soft wash system.
