GX160 / GX200 INSULATOR BARB
Convert your Honda GX160 or GX200 to run a vacuum-operated fuel pump system.
This insulator barb installs into the engine insulator and provides the vacuum signal needed to operate a pulse-style fuel pump. When used with the proper supporting components, it allows your engine to pull fuel from a larger remote-mounted fuel tank instead of relying solely on a gravity-fed setup.
Features
• Designed for Honda GX160 and GX200 engines
• Provides vacuum source for fuel pump operation
• Simple and effective installation
• Allows use of larger remote fuel tanks
Common Applications
• Pressure washer builds
• Soft wash systems
• Trailer-mounted equipment
• Remote fuel tank installations
Why Use It?
Factory fuel tanks are often limited in capacity. By utilizing a vacuum-operated fuel pump system, you can run a larger fuel tank mounted elsewhere on your trailer or skid.
When installed correctly with the necessary supporting components, fuel can typically be supplied from tanks located approximately 8–10 feet from the machine.
Benefits
• Increased runtime between refueling
• Larger fuel storage options
• Cleaner equipment layouts
• Less time spent stopping to refuel
A small component that opens the door to a much larger fuel system.
