This machine doesn’t play nice. Cogzilla delivers unmatched performance, reliability, and dependability when you need a machine that runs all day and all night with no issues.

With different operating specs, that power is delivered through a massive cog-style belt drive system. Aligned vertical like a gear drive machine, with far less maintenance. Every ounce of power is transferred through a high-quality cog belt assembly straight into the Pump.

Powered by the legendary Honda GX690, Or the larger IGX800 these units are built on a thick, rock-solid aluminum skid plate engineered for extreme durability and long life.

Unlike traditional belt-driven systems that rely on friction to transfer power, this is a cog-driven belt system allowing for direct rotation and consistent power throughout all RPM ranges.With a 1.5" thick belt, you can rest assured this system is built to handle your needs.

Just like most of our Overkill builds, the cog drive assembly itself is designed to tolerate up to 55 HP. Your 21 HP and 24 HP GX690 / IGX800 setups operate at less than half of the assembly's maximum capability.

That means reliability and durability aren't an upgrade — they're the standard.

GX690 Motor:

• TSF2021 — 8 GPM @ 4000 PSI
• TSF2019 — 6 GPM @ 4350 PSI

IGX800 Motor:

• TSF2212 — 10 GPM @ 3000 PSI
• TSF2421 — 12 GPM @ 2500 PSI

The Cogzilla belt system includes a 2-year belt warranty. If the belt breaks within 2 years, we'll send you a replacement belt at no cost.
