Installation Considerations
Anytime equipment is raised above the truck bed, trailer deck, skid mount, etc., additional resistance will be created for water supply, fuel supply, and plumbing systems. This can cause the machine to work slightly harder to produce adequate flow and pressure.
For best results:
• Keep water supply lines as short as possible
• Keep fuel lines as short as possible
• Position the stacking kit close to the water tank
• Position the stacking kit close to the fuel source
• Minimize unnecessary plumbing runs
IMPORTANT
Always ensure water is available to the machine before operation.
If you run out of water, immediately shut the machine off. Continued operation without water, or repeatedly running the machine dry, can cause premature wear to packings, seals, and check valves, leading to costly repairs and reduced pump life.
